Compliance With Regulations and Requirements

The service provider undertakes the following:

• Full compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements issued by the Ministry of Health and the relevant authorities.
• Compliance with the regulations and instructions issued by the Consumer Protection Authority.
• Ensuring cleanliness of the place where food is prepared, stored, and packaged.
• Using food products and ingredients that are safe and fit for human consumption.
• Maintaining all required permits and licenses from the competent government authorities.
• Providing accurate and non-misleading information, images, and prices.
• Maintaining order quality and safety until delivery to the customer.
• Assuming full responsibility for any damage or violation caused by the provided products or services.

Aklet Bayt Platform Disclaimer

Aklet Bayt is an intermediary digital platform that only facilitates the display of food products and services between the vendor and the consumer.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Aklet Bayt does not directly prepare, manufacture, store, deliver, or inspect food products.
• Full responsibility for food safety, product quality, hygiene, and licensing rests solely with the service provider.
• The platform bears no legal, health, financial, or compensation liability arising from food poisoning, poor storage or preparation, expired products, health violations, breaches of laws, or any physical, material, or moral harm suffered by the consumer.
• The service provider agrees to indemnify the platform against any claims, cases, fines, or damages resulting from the provider violations or negligence.
• The platform may suspend or remove any violating account or product without prior notice.
• The platform may cooperate with competent government authorities and provide requested information when there is a complaint or violation.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

I, as the service provider, acknowledge that:

• All submitted information and documents are accurate and up to date.
• I bear full legal and regulatory responsibility for my business and products.
• I agree to comply with all applicable regulations in the Sultanate of Oman.
• I agree to the Aklet Bayt disclaimer according to the clauses stated above.
